EnrollDancehall & Afro styles
These classes combine Jamaican dancehall styles from different eras such as steps, moves and dancehall queen style as well as afro styles, such as Kuduro, Ghana bounce, leg work and Amapiano. In the same way that music nowadays fuses different genres, in this class too, different genres and styles are boldly explored and merged.
The class includes a comprehensive warm-up (mobility and muscle condition), technique, choreographic sets and sometimes we also practice improvisation. Sweat and joy guaranteed!
